The Microsoft Deployment Toolkit Documentation Library has been updated to provide guidance for using SQL Server 2008 R2 with SP1 for any database needs within MDT, including:
· The Configuration Manager 2012 site database
· The Configuration Manager 2007 R3 site database
· The MDT database (MDT DB), which is used to store MDT configuration settings
