The Updates Catalog contains a subset of firmware updates available from HP due to the limitation of deploying firmware updates in the Configuration Manager environment. The appropriate software must be installed for Configuration Manager to manage firmware updates for HP ProLiant servers. For more details about the ProLiant Firmware Inventory Agent, see the HP ProLiant Firmware Inventory Agent section.
