The reports covered in this area provide information about the number of accounts provisioned for users and companies during a given amount of time. These reports can span all applications in the platform:

• All Business Organizations and Company Usage - Counts and shows details about all provisioned business organizations on the platform.
  
• Users per Plan - Counts and shows details on how many users are provisioned across all of the plan types in Microsoft Provisioning System (MPS).
  
• Companies per Plan - Counts and provides details on how many companies are provisioned for a plan across all MPS plan types.
  
• New Companies - Lists the number of and details about new companies provisioned through MPS across a specified data range. The default is the past 30 days.
  
• New Resellers - A simple one-line report that shows the number of new Resellers provisioned through MPS across a data range. The default is the past 30 days.
  
• New Company Detail - Provides a comprehensive list of new companies added through MPS during a specified date range. The report contains a list of users for each new company.
  
• New Reseller Detail - This report expands on the New Company Detail report by adding a field for Reseller. New companies will be grouped by the Reseller through which the company signed up.
  
• New Users - A simple two-line report that lists the total number of users for whom accounts were provisioned across all companies during the time interval specified.
  
• MPS Plan Activity - A combination of the New Company and New User reports, this report displays all new companies and all new users across all Plan types in MPS.
  
• System Usage Quick Facts - Contains all of the System Usage Quick Facts from each of the platform components.
  

The reports described in this section detail user activity and provide operational statistics for Exchange servers in your Hosted Exchange infrastructure. This list provides an overview of the available reports:

• Active E-mail Users Last 30 Days - A fixed date field restricts the date range covered by this report to the past 30 days only. It contains a list of all mailboxes that have been accessed or used. Mailbox totals are sorted by Plan Type per user account in MPS. For example, if your business provides an Outlook Web Access (OWA) Only plan, the report will include the total number of users with OWA Only who accessed their accounts within the past 30 days. This report allows you to generate reports across each of the Exchange Service Access Licenses. A list of the accessed mailboxes is provided after the plan type totals.
  
• Active E-mail Users - A list of all mailboxes that have been accessed or used during the specified date range. Two views are available:
  
  • Count per Plan Type as defined in MPS.
    
  • A general user list.
    
• Inactive E-mail Users Last 30 Days - This report uses a fixed date field that restricts the report to the past 30 days only. It contains a list of all mailboxes that have not been accessed or used during that time. The mailbox totals are arranged according to Plan Types in MPS. If there is an OWA Only plan, for example, that plan will include the total number of inactive users for just that plan. A list of the inactive mailboxes is provided after the plan type totals.
  
• Inactive E-mail Users - This report contains a list of all mailboxes that have not been accessed or used during a specified date range. The mailbox totals are arranged according to Plan Types in MPS. If there is an OWA Only plan, for example, that plan will include the total number of inactive users for just that plan. A list of the inactive mailboxes is provided after the plan type totals.
  

Note:
Use of future dates in the data range will result in inaccurate results being returned.

• Hosted Exchange Mailbox Utilization - A list of all mailboxes within a defined percent threshold. For example, you can see all mailboxes between that utilize 95-100% of the space on your system. The reported list includes the user and company names associated with each mailbox.
  
• Hosted Exchange Mailbox Upsell - A list of all mailboxes that use 80% or higher of the mailbox quota allotted to each account. The query is fixed to 80-100%. The report produces a list of mailboxes with the corresponding user and company names.
  
• Active E-mail Users by Exchange Database - This report shows the number of active e-mail users per Exchange database across a 30-day period. This report is fixed at 30 days and can be used to evaluate user activity to determine whether you need to distribute users across databases for better server scaling.
  

These reports cover data collected from Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services, specifically operational and activity-based reporting:

• Top Windows SharePoint Services Sites - A list of the most frequently used sites for the previous day based on hits and visits.
  
• Windows SharePoint Services System Usage Quick Facts - A summary of the most active sites and the number of documents posted.
  
• Windows SharePoint Services Site Utilization - Various performance-related counters used to analyze the utilization of a site, including the number of bytes transferred. This report also shows content modification activity, storage limits and amount of storage used.
  
• Windows SharePoint Servicse Upsell - A list of all Windows SharePoint Services top level sites with greater than 80% utilization of space allotted.
