As a best practice, you can periodically run verification checks with the Microsoft Provisioning System (MPS) Deployment Tool to ensure smooth operation of your provisioning components. A recommended interval for running the tool is once a month or whenever you suspect that you might have a misconfiguration issue or other fault. Running verification checks with the tool can automatically verify and restore installations to a known-good state.
To run these passes, you might need to force the state of a deployed component so you can validate it. For example, you can force the state of a component to Unverified so that you can Verify it.
