The InitializeNamespaceSecurity procedure, launched from the Deployment Tool, sets the security context in which provisioning procedures can run.

This procedure retrieves the MPSPrivAcct-xxxx and MPSServiceAccts entries in the hosting tree, and sets provisioning procedures to run as these accounts. Entries for the namespaces are made in the Plans database and the Resource Manager database.
