Configure Override Settings for
Health Monitors
You need to configure override settings for heath monitors. Follow the instructions in KB Article 938626: The Entity Health monitor for an Operations Manager 2007 management server displays "Critical" together with a Health Service threshold setting.
Deploy Monitoring Agents on Domain
Member Servers
Procedure W03-DWM.18: To deploy monitoring agents on domain member servers

On one domain controller (AD01), open Domain Controller Security Policy and navigate to User Rights Assignment. Assign the Allow log on locally user right to the OMAction account.

Manually add the OMAction account to the local Administrators group on each server you want to manage.

Log on to OMMGR01 as FABRIKAM\OMAdmin. Run the System Center Operations Console, and then navigate to Automatic Computer Discovery.

Specify Fabrikam\Administrator as the administrator account.

Select the servers you want to manage (and have the monitoring agent installed on).

Accept the default agent installation directory. Specify the Fabrikam\OMAction account as the Agent Action account.

Unlock OMAdmin on Domain

Log on to OMMGR01 as Fabrikam\OMAdmin

Run HMCManagementPack.msi, which is located on the Hosted Messaging and Collaboration distribution media in the \Monitoring and Reporting folder.

Use the Operations Manager console to import the Hosted Messaging and Collaboration management pack from the C:\Program Files\System Center Management Packs\Microsoft Provisioning System Management Pack directory.
