Rule Name

Outlook Web App wasn't able to register for setting change notification for one of its virtual directories.

Explanation

Microsoft Office Outlook Web App detects the updates the administrator makes to its settings in Active Directory by registering to receive notification of changes. This Error event indicates that Outlook Web App was unable to register to receive notifications.
