Rule Name

OABGen encountered an error while calculating offline address books. Offline address books will not be available for client download.

Explanation

This Error event indicates that error %1 occurred while trying to calculate the offline address book (OAB) for address list %2. This error will be logged whenever there is a failure generating any OAB.

User Action

To resolve this error, do one or more of the following:

  • Review the System and Application event logs for related events. For example, events that occur immediately before and after this event may provide more information about the root cause of this error.
