The Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Management Pack for System Center Operations Manager monitors the Windows Application log on computers running Exchange 2010 and generates this alert when the events specified in the following Details table are logged.

Rule Name

MSExchangeTransport has detected a critical storage error but won't take recovery actions. The service has stopped; please investigate.

Explanation

This Error event occurs if the MSExchangeTransport service detects a critical storage error but does not take recovery actions. When this occurs, the MSExchangeTransport service stops.
