The Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Management Pack for System Center Operations Manager monitors the Windows Application log on computers running Exchange 2010 and generates this alert when the events specified in the following Details table are logged.

OABGen couldn't generate full details for some entries in the offline address book.

Explanation

This event indicates that the details information of a user object is larger than the 64-kilobyte (KB) limit in version 2 and version 3 offline address books (OABs).

User Action

To resolve this event, do the following:

  1. Modify OAB generator diagnostics logging to at least Medium. For more information about how to change the diagnostic logging levels, see Manage Diagnostic Logging Levels.

  2. Update the OAB. For more information, see Update the Offline Address Book.
