Rule Name

The database copy has more user load than it can support. Users need to be moved to a different database and/or server.

Explanation

This Warning event indicates that the current Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 mailbox database copy has more user load than it can support. In this scenario, users must be moved to a different mailbox database or to a different server that is running Exchange 2010.

User Action

To resolve this problem, you can configure users to access a different mailbox database on the same server or move users to another Exchange mailbox database.
