The Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Management Pack for System Center Operations Manager monitors the Windows Application log on computers running Exchange 2010 and generates this alert when the events specified in the following Details table are logged.

Rule Name

No source routing group was found in the routing tables for the specified connector with connected routing groups.

Explanation

This Error event indicates that the Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 transport routing engine can't find the specified source routing group for the connector with the specified connected routing groups.

Routing group connectors are used in Exchange 2010 for Hub Transport servers to communicate with Exchange Server 2003 bridgehead servers.

User Action

To resolve this error, follow one or more of these steps:

  • Verify that the source routing group that is specified in the error message text exists.

  • Verify that the specified source routing group contains an Exchange 2003 bridgehead server that is reachable on the network.

  • Review other related Error and Warning events in the Application log. These related events may help you find the root cause of this error.
