The Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Management Pack for System Center Operations Manager monitors the Windows Application log on computers running Exchange 2010 and generates this alert when the events specified in the following Details table are logged.

Rule Name

The file system structure on the disk is corrupt and unusable. Please run the chkdsk utility.

Explanation

This Error event occurs if the file system structure on the hard disk has been damaged by a software or hardware malfunction.

User Action

To resolve this problem, run the Chkdsk utility. Or, replace the affected hard disk.
