Outlook Web App failed to initialize. A referenced forms registry folder doesn't exist. Review MSExchangeOWA event 2 for the cause. |
Explanation
This Error event indicates that the specified forms registry is unable to find a registry that it inherits from. This event may be caused because a registry that one or more registries inherit from has been deleted. For example, if Registry A inherits from Registry B and Registry B cannot be found, you will see this error.
User Action
To resolve this error, do one or more of the following:
- Open the registry that is unable to inherit and remove the
reference to the missing registry.
- If the missing registry exists but has been moved, move it to
the correct location.
- Contact a Microsoft Support professional to resolve this issue.
To contact a Microsoft Support professional, visit the Exchange Server Solutions Center. In the navigation
pane, click Assisted Support Options and use one of the
assisted support options to contact a Microsoft Support
professional. Because your organization may have a specific
procedure for directly contacting Microsoft Technical Support, be
sure to review your organization's guidelines first.
