Get-EmcStorageRegisteredHost

 Gets a list of registered hosts for a specified storage system. This cmdlet is not supported for VMAX storage systems.

 

Syntax

Get-EmcStorageRegisteredHost [[-ID] <String>] [-StorageSystem <IRequireRemoteHostRegistration>] [-Silent] [<CommonParameters>]

 

Parameters

-ID <String>

Attributes: Optional, Position: 1

Specifies the host name or IP address. Wildcards are permitted. It is a positional parameter (position = 1).

 

-StorageSystem <IRequireRemoteHostRegistration>

Attributes: Optional, Position: named

Specifies the ESI storage system object, which you can be add to ESI using the Get-EmcStorageSystemCredential and Connect-EmcSystem cmdlets. You can get a storage system object by using the Get-EmcStorageSystem cmdlet. The object can be either a block storage or file storage system.

 

-Silent <SwitchParameter>

Attributes: Optional, Position: named

Turns off all the informational and verbose messages. However, it still displays errors.

 

<CommonParameters>

This cmdlet supports these common parameters: Verbose, Debug, ErrorAction, ErrorVariable, WarningAction, WarningVariable, OutBuffer, and OutVariable. Type get-help about_commonparameters for more details.

 

Examples

This example gets the registered host for a storage system based on the specified host name or IP address.
