Remarks

If you are creating a catalog, you must first validate the Windows image by using ValidateImage. After the Windows image is validated, run CreateCatalog to create the catalog.

You must be logged on as an administrator of the local machine to call this method. On Windows Vista, the process that invokes this method must also be run at elevated privilege.

InvalidOperationException is thrown if the current user is not an administrator of the local machine.
