Monitoring and Changing Parcel Status

You can track the status of all recently sent parcels in the main status list of Courier Sender Manager.

When a parcel is created, the parcel status is automatically set to Created. When you send a parcel, you can change the status to Sent. You must manually set the parcel status to Confirmed in the Change Parcel Status dialog box.

To change the status of a parcel

  1. Right-click the parcel and click Properties.
  2. In the Parcel Properties dialog box, click Change Status.
  3. In the Change Parcel Status dialog box, select the check box that reflects the new status.
  4. Click OK to return to the Parcel Properties dialog box.
