Operations Manager console does not display alerts in the Active Alert view window when opened from Enclosure State view

State view does not always map to alerts and the Active Alert view window may empty. This is according to the design of most Microsoft® management packs and the HP BladeSystem Management Pack for Operations Manager 2007.
