Unable to launch a wizard in Monitor Manager due to multiple user connections

Multiple Monitor Managers can simultaneously connect to the same Monitor Service. However, only one user at a time can launch a wizard to change the enclosure configuration to a specific Monitor Service. Run the wizard after the other user completes the operation.
