Before contacting HP support

Before contacting HP for support, review the following steps and collect the necessary system information to help expedite a resolution:

  1. Review the troubleshooting information found in this guide.

    IMPORTANT: Before proceeding, access the HP website to verify you are using the current version of the HP Management Packs 1.3 for Microsoft® Operations Manager 2005 Troubleshooting Assistant. Use the part number and the date on the title page to determine which version you are using. The contents of this guide are updated frequently and newer versions are placed on the HP website. Download and open the updated file to use the current HP Management Packs 1.3 for Microsoft® Operations Manager 2005 Troubleshooting Assistant.
