Network Operations reports a performance problem in a production application that requires immediate troubleshooting. Troubleshooting this issue may require additional runtime information, as the application is running in a non-standard hosting environment. Application Support engineers Add the namespace for the environment  via the 'Namespaces'...' button on the Monitoring Settings Tab, and enable it as an entrypoint to collect detailed runtime information about the environment your code is executing with. You may need to enable all namespaces first in order to identify that namespace that you wish to target. Product add-ons may also be available for your hosting environment (such as BizTalk or SharePoint). Check with your sales representative.
