Computer management allows users to delete computers that are
not monitored any more, i.e. no events or performance counters are
coming from this computer. All events and performance counters
related to the selected computers will also be deleted from the
database. The number of computers that are going to be deleted
should be not less than the number of available Revoke licenses.
No Revoke license required if an Evaluation license is
installed.
Remove Computers Wizard
Open Internet Explorer to SE-Viewer [or Advisor as
applicable]
Open the 'Tools' menu
Select the 'Remove
Computers wizard...' menu item
Wait for the wizard to open to the Welcome screen. Note that
you must have at least one "Revoke" license to access the next
screen, or you will get an error that says "You have no available
Revoke licenses"
Click Next
Select the latest date that a performance counter or event may
have been received by a licensed server, and click Search. This will refresh the list with all
licensed servers that fit the criteria.
Select the computers to remove, or select all via the "Select
all" checkbox. You will only be able to select computers up
to the number of available Revoke license. Note that the number of
remaining Revoke licenses is displayed below the computer
list.
Click Next
The confirmation screen provides the opportunity to review
which computers have been selected for deletion. Click Back to make any changes, or Next to continue with the deletion.
If Next is selected, then a
progress screen will appear followed by the 'Finish' screen.
When the deletion is complete, you are offered to option of
returning to the first screen of the wizard or clicking
Finish

date/time stamp in the "Show items older than" selection. To change
the date, select the latest date that a performance counter or
event may have been received by a licensed server, and click
Search. This will refresh the list
with all sources that fit the criteria.
Select the Applications to remove, or select all via the
"Select all" checkbox.
Click Next
The confirmation screen provides the opportunity to review
which application sources have been selected for deletion. Click
Back to make any changes, or
Next to continue with the
deletion.
