After you run a job, the results are available for viewing in the Windows® Assessment Console. By default, the results are saved in the default results library at %UserProfile%\Documents\Assessment Results. This topic describes how to open results and how to filter or search a long list of results to focus quickly on the result that you want to see.

Open Results from an Open Job

If you are working on a job in the Windows Assessment Console, you can change from the View Results page to the Configure Job page by clicking the link in the upper-right corner.

  • On the Configure job page of the open job, click View Results.

    • If you recently viewed the results, or only one result is available, clicking View Results opens those results.

    • If more than one result is available, clicking View Results opens the Select Results window. This window shows all of the results that are stored in the library.

Find and Open Results from a Previous Job Run

By default, when you run a job, the results open in the Windows Assessment Console when the job has finished running. If you close the job, you can open the job from the Home page.

  1. On the Windows Assessment Console Home page, select a job that ran previously.

  2. In the bottom-right corner of the Home page, click the View results (#) link.

    Note
The number that appears next to the link represents the number of results that are available for the selected job.

If only one job result is available, the results automatically open in the details view in the Windows Assessment Console.

If more than one job result is available, the Select Results window opens, and you can decide which results to open.

  • To select an individual result, click the check box that appears in the left column.

  • To select multiple results, click the data and drag the mouse, or click the data and then use either the Shift key or the Ctrl key to select the results that you want.
